We are the Zenobia Award, represented by the Board, volunteers, and web team.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Applicant Data

Applicant personal data will be collected and used for the purposes of running the award process as described in the contest rules. Your Application will be visible for viewing only by Zenobia Award officials and volunteers.

The personal data will never be sold to anyone. 

Your Concept Proposal, including any personal data that you include in it, may be shared by the Zenobia Award with the public, including with publishers..

Your Prototype and other game materials will be made available to Zenobia Award officials and volunteers for purposes of feedback to you and to judge contest finalists and winners. You will retain full rights to your design materials

You will always have the ability to cancel your submission and delete your data from Zenobia Award storage. If you wish to delete your digital data before the end of the award process, please send an email to contact@zenobiaaward.org

Your personal data automatically will be deleted upon the end of the award process, no later than one month after the final announcement of winners. Aggregate data (total applicant counts and total counts across categories) might be kept longer to track the success of the award in reaching its goals over time.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
